Colette founded Pipirit Spices in March 2019. After her studies in culinary arts in 2018, she decided to create a spice business that will empower home cooks and also share her food heritage with the world. 

As PipiritSpice’s blender-in-chief, she creates well balanced, original blends inspired by her Caribbean heritage. She heads up recipe development, creating and testing delicious dishes. Along with her passion for spices and cooking, Colette is also a professional in Medical Imaging
